Arnon Nir Architecture’s residential masterpiece in Tel Aviv seamlessly integrates luxury living with the natural landscape on a unique plot. The main house, designed for the owners, features opulent accommodations on the entrance floor that connect directly to the pool and outdoor spaces, emphasizing a harmonious balance between interior and exterior. A smaller residential building adjacent to the main house houses the children’s rooms and a family office, fostering both independence and a communal atmosphere. The shared swimming and reflection pool between the two structures becomes a central point for recreation and community interaction. Natural materials, such as Portuguese Granite Castro d’Aire, cedar wood, and minimalist cast iron framing, contribute to the overall aesthetic, promoting a fluid connection with nature through large ceiling-to-floor windows.
This NMS Residence architectural venture represents a meticulous fusion of design and functionality, showcasing Arnon Nir Architecture’s commitment to creating a harmonious living environment. The project’s deliberate layout and use of natural materials exemplify a thoughtful approach, elevating luxury living while maintaining a profound connection with the surrounding landscape.
